This three-part training can be used as an orientation for new board members, a refresher for senior board members, or as a common platform the whole board can use to build upon for peak performance. It can be delivered in a single board development session or as educational components over three consecutive board meetings. We will review what nonprofit boards are required to do, how members can best fulfill their obligations, and what separates good boards from great boards.
Done individually, as a group, or as an ongoing series, we will identify and explore your organization's present and future goals. We will assess who your organization is today and who it hopes to be, what impact it wishes to have, and your target audience. We will also examine how it wants to operate and the culture it wishes to nurture.
Working individually with the CEO, leadership team, or program directors, we will explore all areas of program/grant development, reporting, and evaluation; learn to tell the compelling story or your organization; and identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and help you run your organization more effectively.
